Sales conditions

• Les tickets avancés et droit de parole, ou de réservation ne sont pas remboursables

• Ils vous seront facturés en amont du service

• Un acompte peut vous être demandé à la réservation.

• En cas d’annulation de votre part à – de 7 jours, le service vous sera facturé à 50% ; A moins de 48h, le service est intégralement dû.

• Les visites prévues à cheval sur la matinée et l’après midi seront traitées comme une demie journée longue de 6h.

• En cas d’empêchement majeur (Grève, évènement divers, problème climatique, …), je ferai mon possible pour reporter la visite sous réserve de disponibilité, trouver une solution, ou le visite vous sera remboursée.

• Aucune visite n’aura lieu le 1 janvier et 25 décembre

• Le 1er Mai sera rémunéré à double tarif.

• Any ticket, or booking fee is due before the tour, it cannot be refunded. Take care some sites are especially busy in high season and need to booked far in advance.

• A deposit (not refundable) can be asked at booking to block the guide, and buy tickets if needed.

• In case of cancellation from the client at less than 7 days, service will be charged 50 %.

• In case of cancellation from the client at less than 48 hours before the tour's start time you will be charged 100%.

• Tours in middle of day will be considered as a « long half day » of 6 hours, as the tour guide will be blocked for the whole day.

• In case of impossibility to perform the tour from my part due to Force Majeur (strike, event, climate major issue, sickness …) I will try to postpone the excursion or find a solution, if there is no possibility, I will refund you the full amount corresponding to guiding services. Rain is not a Force Majeur…

• No tour will be performed on 1st of January, and 25th of december.

• 1st of May is Labor Day and payed double. Not all sites are open.

You acknowledge that all travel involves an element of risk. You hereby assume all such risk and You, your estate, your family, heirs and assigns hereby release Céline La Monica from all claims and causes of action whatsoever arising from any injury, death or other damages, both pecuniary and non-pecuniary, to You that may occur as a result of your participation in the tours.
